1. Biggest near term opportunity is offering maintenance services and van repairs, expertise acquired thru HVAC business. Long term, could be anything related to technician and van needs -> cleaning materials, other equipment, documents, etc.
2. Win rate - don't really know. Many random numbers given by the HVAC businesses we talked to. I would assume it's the same as local peers as there's not much marketing advantage to scale. That's what we observed w GDI
